We work at a state-of-the-art 15,000 sq. ft fabrication workshop in Wagle Industrial Estate in Thane, India. Our Workshop is fully solar powered, with powerful machining capabilities and a 25-tonne handling capacity available in-house. With an immensely talented and dedicated team of professionals no job is impossible for us to complete. We strive towards our credo ‘Never say never’, and our efforts and quality only end at customer satisfaction.

Flaker

We've made flakers from 0.75 sq.m to 25 sq.m and with many different materials, including camphor. With precision engineering and advanced technology, our Flakers offer consistent and reliable performance, allowing you to produce flakes of the exact size and thickness you need.

Rotary Vacuum Dryer

We have designed and manufactured Rotary Vacuum Dryers (RVDs) ranging from 50 litres to 12 kilolitres, each one built to deliver exceptional performance and efficiency. We not only offer the rotary vacuum dryers in various specifications, but it can be further customized on demand.

Heat Exchangers

From compact designs to large-scale productions, we've manufactured Heat Exchangers up to 200 Sq.m and Pressure Vessels ranging from 50l to 50KL, weighing up to 20 tons. Whether lab equipment or product equipment, we focus on precision and customization to meet our clients needs.

Reactors

From multi-impeller agitators and tile-lined reactors to hydrogenators and storage vessels, we've supplied a diverse range of agitators and reactors up to 30,000 liters in size. With customizable options for size, capacity, and material of construction, we ensure that our products meet your specific requirements.

Columns & Internals

We have manufactured columns and provided on-site commissioning services in Indonesia for a 23 meter column. Additionally, we also make splitter internals & candles that are required in columns. All of our products are mechanically designed to meet stringent safety standards while also being tailored to meet your needs.

Pressure Vessels

We offer a diverse range of high-quality pressure vessels. Ranging from 50 liters to 50KL liters & capable of handling weights up to 20 tons, our vessels offer versatility and durability. With options for Tori dishend, Elliptical dishend, & spherical dishend in petal construction, our vessels cater to various industrial requirements.
